Paul Caroly

More than 28 years of experience as a lawyer, a senior excutive and a business consultant

Paul has acquired his expertise in complex, very innovative and international environments. His expertise is particularly focused on business development, strategic project management, company organization (growth phases, change management and new business models). As a corporate lawyer, then a senior executive and member of management boards, Paul worked in France, and in the USA in top notch Groups and Organization plan : Institut Mérieux Group , Fondation Mérieux, the Curie, Institute, Naos Group (Bioderma). Through is career and the projects managed for his clients, Paul has acquired an in depth expertise of various industries, with a specific focus on health and medical care, biotech, personal care, and R&D driven industries. Education : Grenoble University LLM – 1988 / Washington University – St Louis, USA – 1994 : par Grenoble University – Master of business administration 1989 Paul is personally involved in several non profit organizations, in France and abroad.

François Gaillard

More than 32 years of experience as senior executive and as a business consultant

François has gathered a broad management experience with key responsibilities as a General manager in Europe and especially in France and Germany, in listed companies and as an International Business Consultant. His experience is especially focused on international sales and marketing, business development, strategic project management, company organization (growth phases, change management and new business models). As a Senior Executive and Board member in international environments and organisations, François has worked as a General Manager and Top Consultant with specific responsibilities in Sales and Marketing in various industries like agricultural equipment and machinery, marking, industrial textile, automotive industry and services like security, web and software (Plastic Omnium, Serge Ferrari, TYCO European Security Services International) François worked also with international investment Venture Capital organizations as Business advisor and participates in co-investments as Business Angel. Education : Ecole Supérieure de commerce de Lyon (now EM Lyon – Business School Lyon) in 1985 with an diploma in international business François has lived in Germany and now is living in France. He is fluent in English, German and French. He also speaks Spanish.
